Join an Expedition

Ever thought of exploring Central America? Why not go Trekking with us? We’ll take you as part of our team of youth and leaders on one of the various Expeditions that take place throughout the year. We’ll take care of all the logistics, and you get the opportunity to explore Honduras and get to know our youth in a context that helps both you and them to push beyond comfort zones.

Some of our trips are more geared towards adventure, some towards service, and some are a mix of the two. All expeditions are designed to help our youth grow in their walk with God as well as challenge them to grow as servant-leaders. Joining us on an expedition is an opportunity to both learn about the ministries of UrbanTrekkers Honduras, and serve by building relationships with our youth that extend beyond your time in Honduras.

We ask those who come down for an expedition to pay the cost noted* as well as their own airfare. Below is a list of our expeditions as well as a link to more detailed information. (Some of our links are currently being updated, and they’ll be ready soon!)

*Prices are estimates and may vary depending on time of year, number of participants, etc. Apart from the trip to Copan Ruinas, most trips do not include a visit to UrbanPromise Honduras Headquarters. Contact Us for the most up-to-date costs, and about the possibility of adding on a stop in Copan Ruinas!
